No destination offers more family fun than Orlando, Not just for Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld but also Kennedy space centre, shopping and any of the famous beaches within a couple of hours drive away.

The pool is screened off and south facing so it will be in the sun all day, it backs on to a wooded pine so is secluded, there is a shaded area by the pool for a break from the hot Florida sun, seating area and loungers which were all replaced this year.

Most people advertise minutes from Disney but we truely are, we are located on the us192 with the added security of being on a gated community.
The road we are on is Formosa Gardens from where you can se the new Disney ride expedition everest.
You are 2 minutes from restaurants, supermarkets, shopping outlets and banks, this road also joins the I4 which is the main road through Florida making any destination weather its the beach or the space centre within easy reach.
This detached spacious luxury air-conditioned villa has 4 double bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is furnished and decorated in typical floridian style making it light and airy., It is situated on a residential development, in Rolling Hills, Kissimmee.  It is owned by myself and my husband and was built in 1999, we recently purchased it in January this year although we have been going to Florida on holiday for years.

There are shops, restaurants and entertainment all available within 1 mile of the property which stands on a new development of 3,4,5 & 6 bedroom houses surrounded by lakes and trees. There is a fully equipped kitchen and laundry with all the modern conveniences. The development itself is very quite. The patio and pool area are south facing and overlooks a pine woods. There is a new hot tub added to the pool deck area. If you are a golfer there are many award winning courses near by
The villa has a tv in each bedroom, a large screen tv in the lounge and a playstation for the kids.
