$ price is fixed but £ rate may flucuate due to exchange rate at the time of booking, once booked price guaranteed.
 *whenever Easter and Easter school holidays or Uk bank holidays or US holidays fall they will be charged at the high season rate
Pool heating optional £10($20) per night, can be cancelled upto 3 days prior to arrival
